Return & Refund Policy — Chewlax

At Chewlax, customer satisfaction matters to us. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


RETURNS

For hygiene and safety reasons, used Chewlax products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or arrives damaged.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • a replacement
  • store credit
  • or a refund

depending on the situation.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used products
  • Opened products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged through misuse or improper care

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Chewlax is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If an issue occurs, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
