LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier.
Chewlax is not liable for:
- lost packages
- stolen packages
- carrier delays
- weather delays
- customs delays
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- photos of the packaging
- photos of the damaged item
We will review the issue and work toward a solution.
